One star because I appreciate the upload (you are a star) but wowza, the narrator must really be over this story,
No continuity between sentences and weirdly/unnaturally long pauses… its almost like they recorded every sentence separately and then tried to put them together afterwards but could not get the timing right.
The main character voicing/personality (I dont know) is just done poorly, I thought maybe it was just for the start of the book and everything would go back to normal with a change of pace, but his voice is a constant “matter of fact”/”obnoxious”/”know it all”/”dullard” tone - it makes no sense, I am sure there was personality in the other books.
Disappointing way to kill an alright series.
