Anyone knows how much it costs to commission a cover? On one hand a self published author is not guaranteed to earn the minimum hourly wage for the time spent on a book, so I can totally understand using a free resource. On the other hand, all that effort is worth doing a good job, and that’s not AI. On the other other hand I genuinely have -59 dollars on my checking account, so I clearly can’t afford this book nor support the author.
