Eh, book is a 2/5. MC is a whiny brat and the whole world caters to the delusional way his world works. Kinda hard to listen to. Like a power fantasy by someone a bit stupid.

Not sure what KnowPiracy was talking about, maybe he is pro government or okay with compromising with evil(devils).
Pretty good book. You have to assume it takes place in one of the smallest or poorest kingdoms which could be true. I do question why or how it has do many unclassed people but that is a common problem with RPG settings. Here is has barrier to get a class but it seems like it would be a rite of adulthood which the culture would have to a easy process.

None stop info dumps, where’s the storey?. What’s also stupid is if you are a mage class, you can’t even hold a weapon. Not even video games are that restricted.
