This recording is a remedy for stress. After relaxing body and breathing, pleasant voices will take you to the shores of relaxation and inner peace, to the right side of things. The topics are highly optimistic and cover Letting Go and distancing. This is all done within the framework of each individual’s life and acceptance of problems. It always leads to one or more solutions.
