And yes, I’d have to agree, re-upping the entire thing was probably the best way to go. And folks (like me) who only need the new files can then just copy over the old (working) files into the new folder and then force a recheck, which will then recognise that 59% or so of this torrent is already downloaded, and just download the remainder (primarily the new files, and a bit of the header information).
Alternatively, people can skip that and just choose to download only the two corrected files (or download it all again) if they so please, but I just went the long way around so I can help seed the whole thing without downloading it all from scratch again.
Plenty of options to suit everyone either way. And again, thanks for all of your efforts Dake6, you’re truly a class act.

Dake6’s connection has been known to drop out while he isn’t paying attention to it and is off doing other things, so at a guess I’d say that has probably happened again here, hence everyone being currently stuck at 70% mark.
I’m sure as soon as it is realised, it’ll get sorted, as it has in the past when this happened. Dake6 is good people, who always goes out of his way to get us this stuff, so we just need to be patient until it all gets sorted out.
After all, even if the ride is occasionally bumpy, Dake6 is doing us all a favour here, sharing these, not the other way around. So if these sometimes take longer than we’d like for those of us that jump on the download right at the start, before it has a chance to fully seed out, that’s just the way it goes. :)

For a start, I wasn’t talking to you Rich, I was responding to Mayo above, you just posted while I was still typing.
However my point stands. As *no one* has all of the latest download completed yet, *no one* can say whether the new files in this download have any errors in them or not, nor can they predict such with any level of accuracy until the download has fully completed. And that is irrefutable, no matter how ‘wide your scope’ is.

Sorry, I don’t mean to come off dickish. Just that with only 30.2% of part 2 of English Way of Death and 23.6% of the behind the scenes file available to any us so far, we shouldn’t assume there is any problem with either of those files, outside of us just not having all of them downloaded yet.
Just didn’t want to unduly panic Dake6 about the files when he pops back and realises, when the likelihood is all we really need is for the seeding to pick up again so we can get the rest of those files, that’s all. :)

We should also remember that some people mistakenly think that the seeding information listed on this site is correct, when in reality it never is reflective of the torrent in question, nor even remotely accurate. The only way to get accurate stats on torrents from this site is by checking the stats in your download client of choice.
So while everything Mr Talbot says is true (that we can’t know what the new files are like until we are able to download them in full, which no one yet has) you can see how some folks might get a little confused along the way. Especially when there’s a bump in the road along the way. :)
Anyway, we’re all just treading water until Dake6’s seeding kicks back in anyway. Which I’m sure it will, soon enough. Just as I’m sure that we all greatly appreciate his efforts, regardless of any hiccups that may pop up along the way. :)

Yeah Fourth Doctor Adventure:The Exxilons was released today as well as Dark Shadows:Bloodlust pt. 3. They all come out so fast its hard to keep up as I haven’t had a chance to listen to more than 2 stories. 0 B7, 0 Dark Shadows and just 2 Dr. Who (Flywheel and English Way of Death).

I began this particular audio today, got 20 minutes from the end of the first episode and was SO sad that I have to wait until I’m back at work on Monday to hear the rest. This is the thing about this website, it makes me look forward to going to work even more than I already do :D

I fear that after the unintentional frustrations of the past two uploads, our dear Dake6 may have given up. Which, if that were the case, would be a damn shame, as I’m sure everyone not only appreciated all of his efforts, but also understood that these things just happen sometimes.

Would be great if anyone could help out with the seeding. Only 1 seed which when online we’re lucky to have 0.5KB/s added to the swarm.
