For those getting the torrent path invalid message, the torrent was created with a program that puts a blank path in the torrent. You are most likely using the newest version of uTorrent, and it does not allow blank paths.
You have two options: downgrade to an older version of uTorrent, or, my recommendation, download another client, such as Deluge and use it for files like this.

If you need a m4b file converted to mp3, you can download a free converter. I have one. It’s easy to use.
If you’re receiving the “invalid Path” error, download Deluge. It works like Utorrent, and will download this file.
