The movie was just ok. Good acting and good special effects. But the story was pretty weak.
Now, we offer you just the weak and tired story, all by itself. With none of the good stuff to distract you. For added fun, just slow down the audio rate to half speed. Delight your ears with twice the listener experience.

Wait… is there a novelization of the first one? Be a badass combo, but only the sequel would make me sad….
(For a GOOD novelization, see The Abyss, by Orson Scott Card. He was on set during filming while writing it, and adds the POV of the aliens… amazing)

Have to disagree, I loved the first film the whole humans are not at the top of the food chain anymore. But this film was, simply rubbish - couple of good bits in it but eeek, actually fast forwarded to the end.
All that technology and we getting get far away from our own planet, unless it is with the help of Marven’s head (Paranoid Android - remake)

Just saw the movie. Worst failure on a sequel I ever seen. Story, acting, script, even the CGI, all rubbish.
