This book starts out well. The first half is filled with practical, common-sense advice on how men can improve their ability to sexually satisfy their mates. The tips are reasonable and clearly explained, and it seems likely to provide improved results. While this advice might not work for everyone (since no two people or couples are exactly the same), there certainly is information here worth considering.

However, the second half of the book loses its focus and detours into discussons of the author’s religious and nutritional beliefs. The religious discussion becomes very preachy and very nearly caused me to put the book down. I also have to question the author’s nutritional advice, as the author has not presented any credentials to support her beliefs in this field. The biographical notes identify her as an “actress, singer and author” which doesn’t help the credibility of her arguments. Further, the connection between these topics and the purported subject of the book is a bit tenuous, and it feels more like the author using the book as a soap box for her pet causes. Its a shame, too, because the second half of the book seriously detracts from the credibility of the first half.
