Who ever thought it would be a good idea to put background noise into a audio book most have been out of their minds.

This is a fantastic recording, so very dramatic. It’s true, the music is a bit too loud and distracting and sometimes ominous in the wrong places. But when it matches the chilling sections of narration, the experience is hair-raising. Extremely immersive, thank you for the upload and for seeding.

I totally agree. As for others, you need a high quality audio setup, good headphones, and then these are truly amazing at times.
Some scenes I’ve listened to a 100 times lol, the music is so wonderful at times.

Even when there is NO music, the narrators volume has been nuked…
Volume level is lower than standard…
normaly have volume on 25 this needed level 45 for book 1.

True about the volume, and the music is terrible and terribly loud. This might be a good idea if you could turn down/off the music.
