try a reseed, holding at 40.9%

Seeded this up to 30 seeds so the problem is probably hit and runs.I have limited bandwidth, but will seed for a further 5 hours today . This only works if down loaders seed the file for a while. So if you download a file PLEASE seed for as long as you can.
