A long, difficult road lies between you and remembering any part of who you are. A road punctuated with one death after another. You are too puny to survive by might alone. Information is the single resource that might keep you alive, but the brainless “digis” have none of it. Only those with experience can give you what you need, but most care nothing about you or your plight. In fact, some make it their mission to kill you.
So die you will, again and again, your life counter clicking lower and lower. Even the creators do not know what happens when your counter reaches zero, but many are sure that your last life here is just that. No more respawns.
You are not the first player in the world of STYX, and you will not be the last. You can only hope luck will be on your side. The luckiest players are those who find a vulnerability in the System. Those they call cheaters.
Perhaps cheating is the only way to win.

You know wackbag didn’t have to upload any of these audiobooks you could be a lot more thankful , and then you could be a lot more specific and say why you think this is a terrible , bad audio narrator, bad quality audio file instead u say terrible , I will say thank you wackbag for all your hard work !

this book was a little boring at times. MC starts weak and with no memories. It’s a slow start that repeats, which doesn’t help. The series ends up being enjoyable. I’m done the 4th book and looking forward to the next.

If you want to listen to emotional abuse this is the book for you. World logic is wacky too so ya that too
I did not believe the writing was completely horrible just bad characters and a weak goal but for a first book you don’t need a strong goal. The first book can be orientation, do I want to listen to more books with characters I dislike um…. NO!!!!

Book starts slow, character was really annoying at the beginning with his questions and actions, I was about to drop it and find something else. it does get better at the end. Now I cant wait for book 6.

Thanks for the upload and thanks to everyone who recommended this. Yes, the MC is a bit annoying the first few lives but after that, its good.
