On 31st December 2011 the UK’s BBC Radio Four Today program had the guest editor Stuart Lee. The regular Thought for the Day segment, usually given to a cleric of some description, was on this occasion given to writer Alan Moore (Watchmen, V for Vendetta, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen) who talks about his worship of the ancient Roman god Glycon, who was almost certainly a sock puppet.
