In upstate New York, in the woods around Woodstock, Dutchman’s Creek flows out of the Ashokan Reservoir. Steep-banked, fast-moving, it offers the promise of fine fishing, and of something more, a possibility too fantastic to be true. When Abe and Dan, two widowers who have found solace in each other’s company and a shared passion for fishing, hear rumors of the Creek, and what might be found there, the remedy to both their losses, they dismiss it as just another fish story.
Soon, though, the men find themselves drawn into a tale as deep and old as the Reservoir. It’s a tale of dark pacts, of long-buried secrets, and of a mysterious figure known as Der Fisher: the Fisherman. It will bring Abe and Dan face to face with all that they have lost, and with the price they must pay to regain it.

WOW..!!!
What a knobend.! Talk about biting the hand that feeds.
If there’s one thing I can’t stand it’s ungratefulness.!
Also, what’s wrong with MP4.?
I’ve never had any problems with it.
The quality of these books is secondary for me, what’s important to me is that someone has taken the time out of their lives to actually post the audiobook in the first place.!
Good quality is just a bonus, my audiobook player(Material player) has a Graphic equaliser & a few other effects that can usually make even the worst sounding audiobook files sound decent, so I really don’t understand why someone would ever complain.!!
I was brought up to believe that “if you haven’t got anything nice to say, then don’t say anything”.
It’s held me in good stead so far.!
Anyway.. Thanks Smirks, you just keep giving us the good stuff don’t you.

Thankyou for uploading this book and any others you took the time to upload. I bought this book on audible years ago and came here to see if Langan had any other books here I dont know about. This is by far one of my all time favorite books and have listend to it several times. I also recommend Lost Gods by Brom if you liked this one then chances are you will like it as well.
