I heard she was used to being alone and didn’t want him around after he helped beat the Japs in WW2. So she made it hard for him and eventually killed him and buried him somewhere on the farm. She covered it up. She always craved attention. Couldn’t have the father sharing the children’s love. She told this story to help hide her deceit and to gain much needed sympathy and adoration that she craved.
