thanks for the upload, but a single file mp3 is awkward to use for many users, me included.
do you have anything chapterized?

The .m4b (not mp3) most likely has the chapters already embedded in the file. Conversion software, if you are unable to play m4b files, will give you an option of separating out these chapters into their own files or keeping it as one converted file.

You can use “Free M4a to MP3 Converter” to convert m4a AND m4b to mp3 files separated by chapters.
