Have heard really good things about this book.

Not sure if he’s lost his mind but The Moral Animal was awesome, my dad recommended it to me. I hope this is good although it sounds pretty nutty.

Why do you say that? He is talking about philosophy of life from buddhism which today is used by psychologists. Mindfulness is entirely based on buddhist teachings. This is not about god as there is not god in center of buddhism just on different sects of buddhism.

Thanks for the upload! This guy is an amazing author, he’s not a buddhist, so this book is more about the actual claims of buddhist practice, not the superstitions usually associated with it (as described by Wright himself in an interview with Sam Harris)
